The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of building projects, with specific requirements such as having executed one work of minimum Eight Storeys, either RCC framed or composite (excluding industrial), with a minimum of 2461.34 sqm built-up area in the last 07 years. This work should include all civil works, internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal Electrical Installations, and services such as Fire-Fighting. The bidder's experience is categorized into three groups: - 40% category: 40% of the cost of the proposed work <= CE < 50% of the cost of the proposed work, with 4 marks awarded for each experience up to three projects and 2.66 marks for each experience afterwards. - 50% category: 50% of the cost of the proposed work <= CE < 80% of the cost of the proposed work, with 6 marks awarded for each experience up to two projects and 4 marks for each experience afterwards. - 80% category: 80% of the cost of the proposed work <= CE, with 12 marks awarded for the first experience and 8 marks for each experience afterwards. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Works that are completed to the extent of 80% physical progress are considered substantially completed and are awarded 75% marks in the respective category. Specific values and percentages for similar works include: - 80% of the proposed project cost without GST (a) - 50% of the proposed project cost without GST (b) - 40% of the proposed project cost without GST (c) The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years, with the cost of work being the gross value of the completed work. The similar work experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - Two similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the proposed work; - One similar completed/substantially completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work. Additionally, the bidder is required to have experience in specific specialized works, such as: - For HVAC System: One similar work having individual Chiller capacity not less than 150 TR OR Two similar works having individual Chiller capacity not less than 90 TR. - For STP: One similar work having capacity not less than 200 KLD SBR based STP OR Two similar works each having capacity not less than 130 KLD SBR based STP. - For Fire Fighting System: Experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works with at least one work involving supply & installation of firefighting system including sprinklers, fire pumps & wet riser etcetera in a campus comprising of business/institutional/residential/educational/assembly buildings as classified in NBC. - For Lifts works: The associated agency shall be as per the approved makes. - For DG Set: One similar work having individual DG capacity not less than 128 KVA OR Two similar works having individual DG capacity not less than 80 KVA. - For Sub station: One similar work having individual transformer capacity not less than 640 KVA or Two similar works having individual transformer capacity not less than 400 KVA.
