Providing & Fixing of Metaworth Clip-in plain finish metal ceiling System consisting of 600 x 600mm clip in tiles of powder coated galvanised steel in 0.5 mm thickness with bevel edge in white colour. backed with two layers of 50mm 100gsm thermally bounded polyster wadding, placed at a gap of 50mm with the help of wire mesh frame, The tiles to have powder coating of 80 microns. The tile height should be 25mm. Installation system should be to comprise of 3600 mm long ‘C’ channels spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit by support clamp & approved hangers. The last hanger at the end of each C channel should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. 3000 mm spring tee bars shall be spaced at 600mm centres shall be secured at every intersection with C channel using a holding clamp perpendicular & below the C channel. Tiles should be clipped in between two spring bars from below. Perimeter trims to be of Metaworth wall angles of white colour secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. Cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts fixtures, dectectors etc. is included. The ceiling shall be installed in line & level in all respect as per manufactures specifications. (Makes- Knauff, Metaworth, Armstrong, Hunter doglus)

Providing and fixing wall / column panelling made out of aluminum hollow section of 50.80mm x 25.40mm size 3.0 thick of JINDAL / INDAL as internal frame structure placed horizontally & vertically in 600mm x 600mm center to center. Fixing 12mm thick MDF ply on framwork finished Finished with 4mm thick annealed GRIHA rated lacquered glass (of Saint-Gobain make) coated with PU lacquer (minimum 60 micron thick or more) of color Vert Onyx and lemon green as per approval of Engineer -in -charge / Architect . Glass fixed with compatible neutral core silicon / lacquered glass compatible double sided tape (SGG PlaniFIX or equivalent) . Silicon / tape should not react with coating on glass & render even color tone when viewd from glass side. Lacquered glass must be made industrially; must be opaque (if viewed against a support wall) must have panel to panel color consistency (measured by Minolta spectrophotometer CM5081 or eq.); highly durable (passes PERSOZ hardness test for min. 220 oscillatios or more); humid resistant (conforms to BS EN 1036 1999 or eq); environmentally friendly (no lead, no arsenic, no copper, no formaldehyde); appropriate recycled content (12% post industrial / 6% post consumer or eq.); compressive strenght (1000 MPa) & tensile strenght (40 MPa),same as float glass. All complete as per approval of Engineer -in -charge / Architect. All woodwork & veneer shall be finished with two or more coats of PU polish over one coat of sealer. The item also includes scaffolding for maximum height upto 4 m from floor etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position flush door shutter as per following specifications: 32mm thick Phenol formaldehyde bonded and borer proof flush door shutter as per IS: 2202 (part I) solid block core type having exterior grade 8 mm thick commercial ply, on both faces of shutter. Shutter finished in 1.0mm thick laminate on both sides (of approved shade). All edges of shutter sealed with steam beech wood edging slip of finished section 34mm x 6mm approx. on all sides. Wood protected with melamine polishin with groove pattern as per instructions of architect / engineer -in- charge. g. Heavy-duty SS ball bearing butt hinges 100 x 5.5 mm (4 Nos. per shutter) with screws. The item inclusive mortise handle & lock, door closer, door stopper, melamine polishing. All complete as per approval and instructions of the Engineer incharge / Architect.
