3 Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : 3.1 100 mm

1 SITCof 15 HP Monoblock Pump Set horizontal type suitable for 3 phase,415 V AC supply having suction delivery size 100 mm x 100 mm and discharge of 31.6 LPS at a head of 24 m with bronze impeller i/c connections etc as required.

7 Supplying and fixing of UPVC trunking of size 100 x 50 along with accessories on surface complete as required.

8 Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Base frame should be of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm MS angle iron with 300 mm long legs of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm i/c interconnection ,testing etc as required . Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with / without detachable extension type structure, i/c p/f 2 nos. GI earth studs on both side with following accessories. (Including voltmeter-4set,ammeter-4set,indication lamp-12 set,CT-12 set,setector switch-8 set)( panel to be fabricated from CPRI approved fabricator)(Note : -The old starter panel is the property of contractor) (Contractor / Agency should be ensure that disposal of the old / defective wastage material should be disposed off through the autorised recycler registerd under Delhi Pollution Central Board / Central Pollution Control Board. Contractor/ Agency should also submit 'Certificate of Destruction').
