Providing and placing Porta Cabin of size 6x6 Ft. (8 ft. height at centre & 7ft. height from side) as per the following scope of work and specifications all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge: A: Structure (i) Floor structure: Made out of Mild Steel (MS) tubular pipes. (ii) Wall structure: Sandwiched (insulated outer wall panel 50mm thick made out of 6mm Cement Fibre Board (CFB) on both sides and 38 mm thermocol in between the two boards. (iii) Roof structure: Sandwiched outer sides wall panels 75mm thick (insulated panels made out of 0.5mm Galvanized Iron (GI) sheet on both sides with thermocol insulation of 75mm thickness in between). (iv) Base: Resting on wheels B: Finishes (i) Floor: Bison Board 16mm thick with Poly Vinyl Carbonate (PVC) sheet on top. (ii) Wall: Textured paint as per customer choice (Off-White/Ivory/Grey). (iii) Roof: Texture paint as per customer choice. (iv) Door: Flush door with vision panel. (v) Window: Aluminum power coated sliding window 2.5x2.5 ft. (2 Nos.) fixed glass 18"x30" (1 No.) C: Features and Fixtures (i) Fire & Termite Resistant: Yes (ii) Water Proof: Yes (iii) Seating with Storage (Settee): Yes (iv) Electrical Points: 6 Amp. Switch - 4 Nos., 6 Amp. Socket - 1 No., 16 Amp. Combined box - 1 No., Bulb Holder - 2 Nos. D: MODEL (i) CFB (with door) of make "LIMCO GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD." or Equivalent. Total for 36 Months (3 yrs) = 24 x 3 = 72 Jobs.

SITC of LED surface/wall batten light fitting minimum 20 watt with Aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver system efficacy minimum 100 lumen/watt LM79, color temp 6500 deg K as per required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3 X 16 sq. mm (25mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single pole

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (a) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.
