Air Conditioner -I 1 SITC of 3 Tr capacity Split type, 3 phase, air conditioner, with 3 phase stabilizer, having only cooling facility suitable for operation of 415±10% volt, 50 HZ, A.C supply with ecofriendly gas having cordless remote control, fittings & required one copper conductor cable to connect unit to 3 pole MCB. Installation and commission of unit to be complete in all respect with satisfaction of engineer-in- charge. Completed with upto 3 mtr refrigerant pipe and copper conductor cable of suitable size duly insulated with nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units including making hole in the wall with the help of core cutter including repairing etc as per specification.(Note: The outdoor unit & indoor unit shall have copper coil for condenser and evaporater).

3 SITC of 1.5 Tr capacity Split type air conditioner, 5 star rated Inverter type having only cooling facility suitable for operation of 215±10% volt, 50 HZ, A.C supply with ecofriendly gas having cordless remote control, fittings & required one copper conductor cable to connect unit to socket out with 3 pin 25 amp plug top. Installation and commission of unit to be complete in all respect with satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.Completed with upto 3 mtr refrigerant pipe and copper conductor cable of suitable size duly insulated with nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units including making hole in the wall with the help of core cutter including repairing etc as per specification. (Note: The outdoor unit & indoor unit shall have copper coil for condenser and evaporater. The work shall be completed as per the scope of work, terms & conditions and the direction of engineer in charge.).

2 SITC of 2 Tr capacity Split type air conditioner, 5 star rated Inverter type having only cooling facility suitable for operation of 215±10% volt, 50 HZ, A.C supply with ecofriendly gas having cordless remote control, fittings & required one copper conductor cable to connect unit to socket out with 3 pin 25 amp plug top. Installation and commission of unit to be complete in all respect with satisfaction of engineer-in- charge. Completed with upto 3 mtr refrigerant pipe and copper conductor cable of suitable size duly insulated with nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units including making hole in the wall with the help of core cutter including repairing etc as per specification.(Note: The outdoor unit & indoor unit shall have copper coil for condenser and evaporater). The work shall be completed as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6 SITC of powder coated steel stand for 1.5 / 2 / 3 TR AC Outdoor unit required as per site condition wall / Floor Mounted and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

5 Supplying, Installation and welding the copper pipe with the existing pipe of 1.5 / 2 / 3 TR refrigerant copper pipe work with fitting duly insulated with 19/13 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specification all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with M. S. hanger / angles / clamping arrangement, dash fasteners suitably run on existing cable tray etc. as required.

8 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 3.0 Tr capacity Inverter type Split AC as per manufacturer recommendation including servicing of the AC, Refrigerant gas charging, replacement of compressor, motor, wiring etc. complete with all parts required for healthy and proper functioning of the Air Conditioning. (Nothing will be provided by the department during the period) 8.1 Year 1 (after Defect Liability Period of one year)

9 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 1.0/ 1.5 / 2.0 Tr capacity Inverter type Split AC as per manufacturer recommendation including servicing of the AC, Refrigerant gas charging, replacement of compressor, motor, wiring etc. complete with all parts required for healthy and proper functioning of the Air Conditioning. (Nothing will be provided by the department during the period) 9.1 Year 1 (after Defect Liability Period of one year)
