The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submitting documentary evidence such as a list of clientage and experience certificates, and having proven capacity, capability, and experience in manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of cutting machines. The bidder should have prior work experience in a similar nature of work. For Indian Agents/ dealer/ associates bidding on behalf of OEM, they should have supplied any type of Printing Press Machinery for the same OEM during the last 5 years. The past experience should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organization. In case of private sector work experience, the completion certificate should be supported with copies of Letter of Award and copies of corresponding TDS Certificates. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificate. The value of executed work shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last day of submission of tenders. The bidder's average annual turnover during the last three financial years should be not less than the estimated cost of the tender. The bidder should also have earned a profit in at least one year in the available last three consecutive audited balance sheets. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that the average annual turnover should be at least 100% of the estimated cost of the tender.
