The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with a minimum average annual turnover of 500 Lakh. The bidder must have experience in the same or similar service. There are specific requirements for similar completed services, which are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is 50000000. However, if the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise or a Startup, they are exempt from the experience and turnover criteria, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications. The bidder needs to provide copies of relevant contracts/orders to support their experience.
