The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years. 2. Past Experience of Similar Services: The bidder must have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years. 3. Past Performance: The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 3 years (for experience) - 40% (of the estimated cost for three similar completed services) - 50% (of the estimated cost for two similar completed services) - 80% (of the estimated cost for one similar completed service) The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate Additionally, validation of their credentials as a service provider on the GeM profile, as well as validation and approval by the Buyer after evaluation of submitted documents, specifically for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).
