Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock/ CC not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil/ CC and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Tracing/locating and pinpointing of cable faults in the existing underground cable with the help of electrical fault location device including cartage of machine to and fro, tracing fault along with the route of the cable etc. as required.

Excavation/digging of earth/CC/pucca flooring up to depth of cable and around the location of fault traced of the underground cable, cutting of cable, meggering and checking of type of fault including refilling the excavated area complete in all respect as required.

SITC of 400A with 04 pole , 45 KA breaking capacity,Ics=%Icu at 415V(kA rms),400 A current rating MCCB to be fixed directly on existing electrical panel this include dismantling of faulty existing fitted MCCB/cable etc and after making all good desired modification/fixing/thimbling etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. (Dismantelled material will be retained by agency )

SITC of 250 A with 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity,Ics=%Icu 100%,at 415V(kA rms),630A current rating MCCB make Havells/L&T/ABB to be fixed directly on existing electrical panel this include dismantling of faulty existing fitted MCCB/cable etc and after making all good desired modification/fixing/thimbling etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.(Dismantelled material will be retained by agency )

SITC of 125 A with 3 pole pole, 26 KA breaking capacity,Ics=%Icu 100%, MCCB make Havells/L&T/ABB to be fixed directly on existing electrical panel this include dismantling of faulty existing fitted MCCB/cable etc and after making all good desired modification/fixing/thimbling etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.(Dismantelled material will be retained by agency )

SITC of 63A TPN MCCB suitable to work on 240V/415V,50Hz,16 KA breaking capacity make Havells/ Standard/L&T to be fixed directly on existing electrical panel this include dismantling of faulty existing fitted MCCB/cable etc and after making all good desired modification/fixing/thimbling etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.(Dismantelled material will be retained by agency )

S/I/T/C of powder coated Cubical type panel ( Joint Box) made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, of size 500 mm x 500 mm x 250 mm deep having 400 Amps, 04 nos. insulated aluminium Bus bars, Providing & fixing angle iron frame of size 500 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) and having 500 mm long 04 legs, made out of 45 mm x 45 mm & 5 mm thick angle iron grouting the same in suitable cement concrete foundation, arrangement for incoming/outgoing cabling including earthing, locking, interconnection, etc. as required.
