Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R4 series with frame (115mm & above) x (45mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (44mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every glazed panel along with multi-point locking system. (Height above 1.8m)

Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC door frame, made of uPVC exturded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 600X300 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fixing & testing of automation system by motor BN90S with complete solution (gearbox+motor) upto IP65 protection with safety sensor, Flashing light, Galvanised MS Wheel & Teflon guide roller with installation at site for MS Gate bi parting for clear opening of 5.25m and height 2.40m (Frame 80x80x3mm & internal MS Pipe 50x50x2mm) with DUCO paint (Weight of gate is not less than 2000Kg) i/c all fittings completed design approved and as per direction by Engineer in charge. Providing & fixing Bullet proof resistent glass tested and design as per British standard (BS) EN 1063:2000 for BR7 bullet size 7.62x5.1mm at Whiltshire Ballastic Lab UK for its stability in 1.6mm thick galvanised steel sheet windows, ventilators and partition having etc. Glass should be Saint Gbin/ AGP/ Asahi as approved by Engineer in charge. Recommended bullet resistance window design should be similar to earlier test evidence from wiltshire Ballastic Lab UK/ Gujrat Foresic lab Ahemdabad with or without glass for maximum bullet resistance of AK 47 range rifle. WIndow should be finished in thermosetting powder coating with film of minimum 60 microns thick in desired RAL shades, all complete as per approved design / drawing standard and technical specification specified herein or as directed by Engineer in charge. Infill material shall be BR 7 rated. All windows, ventilators and partitions etc shall be factory made for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement. Bullet resistent glass must be of 40 mm minimum thick of BR 7 standard having light transmission of minimum 70%. The impact resitance of the glass should be as per EN 12600. Test report of bullet resistent glass with steel sheet frame as per BR 7 must be submitted prior to supply & installation.

Provision for sample test of BR 7 glass from Thermophysical properties Research Laboratory. (The rate shall be exclusive of the testing charge which will be reimbursed as per actual if tested sample passes all properties of bullet proof glass BR 7 as mentioned in above item.)
