12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing assembling Fabricating, painting hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS built up section/ Tubular structure in MS built up section :- Rolled secytion & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade of E250, tubular structure :- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from sail/ RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL/ APPOLO, confirming to IS 1161/ 4923, minimum required grade YST 310, in the profile shape as per drawing with special plate connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectores, pinion joints, plates hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scafolding etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Primer cum of approved make with two caot of Epoxy primer cum MIO 125 microns (Each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coated) up to all heights including preparation of surface by copper slag ballasting before application of primer/ paint as per SA2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawing, particular specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge complete. Note: This item shall be executed by associating the specilized agency approved ni Engineer in charge based on qualification under eligibility criteria for specilized agency metioen in NIT. The design of the whole structure system shall be done by agency and got it vetted by NIT/ IITs.

Cost after adjustment on account of GST corrections factor on all Items @ MF i.e.( 0.973-1.0= -.027 on 3834570.12)

Providing fabrication, assembling and erecting of Tensile fabric roof along with fabric of approved make having minimum weight of 900 gm/sqm with flame retardancy BS2 d0-EN 13501-1/B1 - DIN 4102-1. High concentration PVDF lacquer on both sides. Colour of the fabric should be white and fabric welding should be done with high frequency welding machine. The whole tensile fabric roofing work shall be doneover steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanised MS memrane/ End plates, Shackles, rigging screws, turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanised MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per drawing/ detail & as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer in charge. (Rate uncludes shop drawings for foundations, structural steel, canopy, cost of fabric including forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, aluminium flat, EDPM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect). Supporting structural steel frame and RCC foundation shall be paid separately. Note-2 : Actual curved area of canopy shall only be measured for payment. Note-3 : Warranty of minimum 15years on the fabric shall be given by agency. Note-4: This item shall be executed by the associating the specilized agency apppproved by the Engineer-in-charge based on the qualification under eligibilty criteria for specilized agency mention in NIT.
