SITC of Energy efficient WC VFD Screw Chiller Capacity 120 TR. The chilling unit shall be complete with a microprocessor based interactive control console in a locked enclosure factory mounted (directly on the unit), prewired with all operating and safety controls and tested, control console will provide start, stop, safety, interlock, capacity control and indications for operation of the chiller units through a alphanumeric / graphical display, The default display screen shall indicate the following minimum information i) date and time ii) return and leaving chilled water temperatures iii) return and leaving condenser water temperatures iv) differential oil pressure v) percent motor rated current vi) evaporator & condenser refrigerant saturation temperatures vii) chiller operating hours (hour run) and viii) number of compressor starts ix) oil sump temperature (not required for reciprocating compressor) x) status message The complete chilling unit shall be installed over a RCC foundation and shall be adequately isolated against transmission of vibrations to the building structure. Special attention shall be paid to the alignment of the driving and driven shaft. Final alignment shall be checked at site in presence of the Engineer-in-charge using a dial indicator. Necessary foundation bolts, nuts, leveling screws etc wherever required for mounting the unit shall be provided by the contractor. The equipment shall be supplied as per manufacturer‘s standard finish painting. Voltas make Model number EGWFVXR1251MHP2 or other make of same or rich specification. The existing chiller plant is to be dismantled and retained by the contractors

Providing and fixing of end suction pumps with IE-3 class as per IS 12615. motor CI body with bronze impeller complete with pump and motor base mechanical seal etc. The pumps shall be centrifugal type direct driven with a 3 phase, 415 +10%volts, 50 Hz., A.C. motor. Efficiency of the pumps at selection should be 70 % or above, Make KSB/ Kirloskar/ Wilo or other approved make :- a) SITC Chilled water pump flow 330 GPM head 35 Mtr suitable for use with Variable Frequency Drive Screw Chiller. The old Pumps is to be dismantled and retained by the contractors .
