Providing and fixing Wall Paneling with Grooved Slats Acoustical High Density Fiber Board FR Grade Panels 2440x128/192x16 mm with lineal perforations. The panels shall be one side Pre-laminated board (decorative lamination on one side and other sides balancing lamination) grade-1 with 3-4mm grooved at 15/30/60 mm pitch, Toungue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 750-800kg/m3. The back of the panels are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing sound absorption. Panel is to be fixed on Aluminium section (weight approx. 150gm/mtr) framework with screw fixed on comprising of a frame made from espicially fabricated galvanised mild strel sheet 0.50mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm) i.e cross channel on size 80 x 26x 51 mm (weigth approx 480 gm/mtr) are fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c, Perimeter channel section of size 20x28x30mm fixed to the all perfarry of using 12mm dia, 50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt.

The Polyester wool of 50mm thickness having density 1000 gsm having flammibality-IS15061-2002 Annexure clause A 3.2 is then to be inserted in the slots and cross channel will come at every 600 centre to centre with centre & edge bracket in tongue & groove system on Aluminium 18mm frame. The installed system will have NRC not less than 0.84 as per IS: 8225 / ISO: 354 / ASTM 423, Corner Edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending tape 2.00 mm thick of approved brand as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The panelling is to be fixed in different shade combination. The contractor will submit 2-3 designs for each wall, using different shades, for approval.
