Cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundation plinth, supports using graded stone aggregate of 20mm.maximum size including necessary form work, machine ixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc.in all works upto plinth level complete as per specifications as directed including dewatering if necessary during the progress of work.

STRUCTURAL WORKS

a) All RCC shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications.

b) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned.

c) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm. Maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned.

d} forming of curvatures , roundings slopes, chamfers,notches,cornices etc. unless olher wise mentioned.

e ) all concrete surfaces shall be closely hacked as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge , where ever required.

f} extra cement required for grouting and cement concrete , if any

Reinforced cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, footings, beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking /removing and cleaning steel /timber shuttering & centering for form work in super structure at all level & locations for all shapes with chamfers, splays ,keys, wedges, rails ,bracings,props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc.including necessary staging for all clear story height providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including staging for all clear story height providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour dewatering if necessary etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the E-I-C. (Area of form work in contact with concrete shall on\y be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment)

Reinforcement for RCC work at contractor's own cost including supplying,delivering and storing of various diametres as required at site of work transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all depths, locations levels and binding with 18- 20 gauge,soft drawn annealed steel binding wire complete as per specifications and drawings. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by specifications and drawings. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & binding wire shall not be measured for payment. )

a)Preparation of subgrade by filling of Graded Good earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth/ht, dressing to requiredLVLand Consolidation of surface including making good the undulations etc .with earth or quarry spoils etc. complete as per requirment and Instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified garde including the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.

Marble flooring for ramp flooring etc

Marble stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone for staire ramp & skirting etc as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with the direction of Institute

15 mm cement plaster on wall with mix 1:4(1cement: 4 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Institute.

Providing and fixing handrail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing including blusters for railing and similar works, including applying priming coat & two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved bard & manufacturer as per list and all complete as per direction of Institute.

PART-B: Porta Cabin

Prefabricated portable rooms consisting of factory made panels of 75mm thick for walls and roof of thermal insulated,stuffed,high grade galvanised steel duly chemically coated with six layers from inside and outside with protection from heat,Pest,Rust,Termite,Fire and water.The panels should be light in weight though very strong and durable,non-asbestos,non corrossive,unbreakble,moisture resistant to withstand any wether conditions all complee with Following Specifications for 30ft(L)x10ft(B)x10 ft(H) Porta cabin-1No. Each have following specification:-(Measurement on plinth area basis)

Wall & Roof Panels(75mm thick): Made out of plain GI sheet of .63mm thick both side, chemically treated,resin bounded with ESP thermo-cole 75 mm thick,sand casted & texture finish in desired colour.Series of these panels shall be joined together with GI H,C,L,Z and other sections to form composite panelling.Water profing and paint inside and outside will be provided and cost of paint will be inclusive in rates. Roof shall have a projection of 1.5ft Centre Ht will be 10ft and side ht will be 8.5ft( Hut shpae)

Painting: Water proof texture coat paint on external wall ,Plinth & internal walls surface and roof will be painted with teracotta paint.Colour combination shall be approved by Institute.

Floor: Providing and Fixing of 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, etc. complete.

Doors: MS structural frame and waterproof flush doors of 35mm thick with SS fittings etc all complete hardware like handle, Lock door stopper, tower bolt etc all complete as per direction of Institute.. Door Size-7ftx3.5ft -1no.

Window: Powder-coated aluminum glazed windows(sliding) of size 3 ft x 4ft of 12 Gauge with 5.5 mm thick glass and sliding window arrangement with locking and aluminum fabricated grills for said Window other accessories etc all complete.- 2 Nos.

Electrical Works: Electrical points with ISI mark copper wires of Suitable sizes,switches and sockets 5amp/15amp-2nos. And Tubelight with wiring & switch etc.-2 nos. with required Electrical Control panels for said electrical points all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
