PART-B

Modular Partitions :-Providing & Fixing of Aluminium partition with thickness is 60mm.Partition panel has an aluminium inner frame consisting of vertical upright & horizontal bracings.Upright is fabricated of 1.6mm thick aluminium . The thickness of this inner frame is 40mm.The upright section has slots for holding tiles which are snap fitted using special joinery. The brackets for supporting worktops. The horizontal bracings are made of 1.6mm aluminium .The uprights & bracings are joint together to form a rigid frame. Tiles are available in a variety of configurations and thickness of 9mm PIN UP Board with approved fabric and colour as well as one tile eraseble White writing board with writing PEN & Duster for each table. To provide the raceway with openable flap for passing electricity & data wires can be provided sparately at various levels-skirting level, just below the worktop or above the worktop(as per approved).The width of the raceway cover is 100mm and is made of 1.5mm aluminium section. The top cover and side covers are made of extruded aluminium sections of thickness 1.5mm the plastic caps are used to join the aluminium runners at various intersections. all parts are powder coated after elaborate 7 tank phosphating treatment process hence making it rust proof etc.as per desired colour all complete as per approved drawings and direction of Institute.. Wooden top:-Providing & Fixing of worktop of 25mm thick both sided laminated pre-laminated partcle board with 2mm thick PVC edge banded. There is a wire/cable manager provided for passage of wires above the top. All complete as per drawing& instruction of Institute.

Gable Ends/Legs:- Providing & Fixing of 25mm thick both side laminated pre-laminated particle board(in approved colour) with 2mm thick PVC edge banded etc. All complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.(Make Merino,Assiciates & Green ply))

d) Pedestal I:Providing & Fixing of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board fitted on bottom of gable Ends etc. PEDESTAL -I:-Three Drawer Unitof each Size of 400 x450 x150 made out of PPB (Pre laminated particle Board) of 18mm with 2mm PVC edge binding type along with good quality hardware, channels & Accessory etc.all complete all complete as per drawings and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Make: Hettich & EBCO). Size:1500x600mmx750mm and 1500mmx450mmx750mm one complete work stations.

C.P U Trolly: - C.P.U Trolly made out of 18mm PPB board with PVC edge bidding. Size-10''x15''x24''

OVER HEAD STORAGE CABINET : - made out of 18 mm PPB Board with pvc edge binding tape, body & shelves along with good quality hardware & accessory for doors etc. all complete as per instruction of Institute. (make:Merino,Associates, Green plyEBCO, Hettich ).( measurement as perelevation area in sqft.)

Wiring for power plug with 3x4sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing raceway on work station 1 in 4sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for earthing including end termination with suitable size of copper thimble complete as per direction of Institute.(Make: Polycab,Havells,Finolex)

Supply and fixing of suitable sizeGI/PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess PVC raceway,including providing and fixing 6pin 5/6 &15/16amps modular universal socketoutlet and 15/16 amps modular switch,cutting of PVc raceway connection,testing etc complete as required and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.approved Universal power socket6/16 amps along with same capacity switch for each work station including connection etc. Complete as per direction ofInstitute.( Make: L&T,Legrand,MK)

Supply and Installation of CAT 6 information oulets complying fully or exceeding with category6 connecting hardware specification for all pairs combination uptp 250MZ .Outlets shall be lead frame techonology complete as per direction ofInstitute( Make: D-link,TP-link,Honeywell) all complete as per Direction of Institute.

Supplying & fixing of 50mm x 38mm, 1.2mm thick, PVC raceway with locking arrangement, 1.8mm thick push-fit joints including the cost of all accessories for PVC raceway such as couplers, endcaps, bends, tees, nut & bolts, washers, PVC gitti, SS screws, elbows, internal / external angles, junction boxes of required ways of the same make required and drilling, offwhite colour etc., complete as per specifications, getting it approved and as required and & instructions of Institute.(Make: MK,Legrand)

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. : Partly Panelled(12 mm Nova pan boards) & partly glazed shutters(partly glazed with 5mm thick modi glass) of Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws and all hrdware like handle lock etc all complete as per Direction of Institute.

Wooden Panelling made out of 12mm thick commercial ply with 1mm thick mica along with teak bidding with polish all complete as per Direction of Institute.
