Fabric wrapped Compressed glass substrate panels paneling on rear and side walls : Providing and fixing Acoustical Wall paneling with square edge panels made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick with a density of 110-120kg/m3, wrapped on the front side with an acoustical and fire-resistant fabric with as per approved colour by Institute, of size1200mmX600mm with an NRC of 0.80 to 0.85 . The panels shall be wrapped with FR grade fabric of approved color and of minimum weigh 340GSM. The panels to be pasted with approved construction adhesives over 9mm thick perforated ply (minimum 20Percentage perforations). The 9mm thick perforated shall be fixed over GI framing consisting of 48x48x0.5mm thick GI Studs wall channels and floor channels @ 600mm c/c with filling of 50mm thick 500GSM thermally bonded polyester wadding. The insulation to be supported from the back by covering the frame with 19mm mesh GI wire netting. Approved Make : Acoustic India/ Absound Overseas/AMF/Saint gobain.

LAMINATED WOODEN FLOORING : Providing and laying at site 9mm thick laminated flooring having an inbuilt 1mm sound bloc CS backing - class of use 33/23, wear resistance AC-5, impact resistance - IC 3, (as per EN 13329), top surface having a MLC (Multi Layer Composite) high pressure laminate, top surface treated with (Aluminium Oxide) surface guard (tm) plus on top of high density fibreboard substrate (density 910 kg/m3) specially developed core; of plank size 1994mm x 194mm having smart lock tounge and groove joints to secure long lasting joint. The edge of tounge and groove of planks duly impregneted with paraffin. The approved decor planks to be placed on underly - 0.2mm thick alkali resistant polythylene sheet (Density 935 Kg/m3) to resist any moisture movement from the sub floor and secure floating floor installation. etc all complete as per direction of Institute. WALL WOODEN PANELLING WITH VENEER FINISH : Providing & Fixing wall panelling of overall size and required height, made up of 50 X 25mm T.W.sections ,at 600mm c/c both ways covered with 9mm thick marine ply of requisite manufacturer's viz. Green/ Anchor / Century or equivalent approved make generally confirming to I.S 710-2010 including necessary facias etc. with necessary lipping (BTC),mouldings as required, from one side. The partition shall be finished with 4 mm thick group match veneer sapete/sycamore/ knotty pine/wenge of approved make and pattern with/without grooves as required with/without grooves as required to exposed surface & edges. and including fasteners ,nails, screws to fix partition firmly to wall / flooring and all necessary hardware, fitting, fixtures etc.of make as approved by Institute. Melamine polish to beading and area other than laminated surfaces shall be finished with two coats of french polish of approved shade. Antitermite treatment to plywood and woodwork with ten years guarantee etc.including all leads and lifts etc.The C.P.T.W frame filled with 50mm thick glass wool panel. Entire T.W frame and marine ply from inside, should have necessary coating of approved fire retardant paint, the partition should have necessary holes, punctures & passages for electrical and / or data cables. Passages for cable should have laminated ply covers with press fit type of arrangement etc all complete as per direction of Institute.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed mediu class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for earthing including drawing in existing raceway and end termination with sitable size of Cu. thimble complete as required and instruction of the Instiute.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess or on steel raceway, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16amps modular switch, cutting of steel raceway cover, connection,testing etc. complete as required and instruction of the Institute.
