AIR HANDLING UNIT

Dismantle of existing AHU along with all accessories and fittings. Supply and fixing of new 30 TR double skinned AHU in the present AHU room, complete as under:

Filter section with filters., Backward curved blower with motor and starter, Direct Expansion coil 6 row, Expansion valve and other controls, Masonry pedestal, Room thermostat with wiring, Fresh Air Cowl with Damper, Outlet dampers, Outlet flexible connections -

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Double Skinned Chilled Water Air- handling ceiling suspended horizontal type, fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized I pre-coated Galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.6 mm plain Galvanised steel sheet inside with backward curved blower , blower section and blower motor TEFC type IE 3 grade suitable for VFD operation on 415 volts ± 10%,50 Hz ± 5% AC supply, 4/6 Row cooling coil made of Aluminium finned Copper tube with coil section of copper header and MS adaptor,pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media in extruded aluminium frame of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90% of suitable MERV 8 rating,ESP Filters as specified below,polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 20 G sheet duly insulated complete with motor,belt drive etc.Drain pan insulation shall be minimum 19mm closed cell nitrile.The AHU panels shall be insulated with 48 mm thick & 48 Kg/m3 density PUfoam. The maximum permissible sound pressure level of the AHU sall not exceed 50-60 dbA measured at 1.5 m from AHU surface for the recommended range of operation.The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. The face velocity across coil shall be limited to 500 FPM maxm.The capacity of Air-handlers shall be as follows. Mixing box with aluminium volume control dampers for fresh air complete as per specifications and drawings.

MS Piping

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation with factory fitted fibreglass GC cloth in blue color applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239

All pipes on floor to be supported/hanged on wire rope hangers system as per specifications with lock(s) and pre‐crimped end fixing(s) except risers.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported completely as per specifications.All valves to be insulated at site only.

Supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of Seimens Motorized valve along with actuator in the chilled water piping complete with all accessories to make system functional

Copper Piping

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of high pressure copper refrigerant piping suitable for R 410a refrigerant of suitable size as required and duly insulated with 19mm/13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form. External Refrigerant piping shall be laid on GI covered cable 111 trays. Piping inside occupied spaces shall be supported using MS hangers duly painted with black enamel paint. Entire refrigerant piping work is carried out in accordance with the specifications. Piping shall be of following sizes :

28.6 mm with 1.0 mm thickness

15.9 mm with 0.99 mm Thickness
