NHAI/BM/DND-KMP/NH-148NA/pkg2 Date: 28.02.2019 RFP for “Construction of Six Lane access controlled Highway from Junction with Jaitpur- Pushta Road to Junction with Sector-62/65 dividing road on Faridabad –Ballabhgarh Bypass Section of NH-148NA (Design Ch. 9+000 to 33+000) including spur from Design Ch. 13+200 to Junction of Faridabad-Ballabhgarh Bypass with NH-48 near Badarpur Border in the state of Haryana on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana ” The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of Sarai Kale Khan (DND Maharani Bagh) to Kalindi Bypass to Faridabad/Ballabhgarh Bypass to Interchange of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and KMP Expressway near Sohna section of NH-148NA. The Authority had resolved to construct access controlled Highway from Junction with Jaitpur-Pushta Road to Junction with Sector-62/65 dividing road on Faridabad –Ballabhgarh Bypass Section of NH-148NA (Design Ch. 9+000 to 33+000) (including spur from Design Ch. 13+200 to Junction of Faridabad-Ballabhgarh Bypass with NH-48 near Badarpur) in the state of Haryana on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana by Six Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows: Name of the Highway Length (in Km) Estimated Project Cost (In Rs. Cr.) Construction of Six Lane access controlled Highway from Junction with Jaitpur-Pushta Road to Junction with Sector-62/65 dividing road on Faridabad –Ballabhgarh Bypass Section of NH-148NA (Design Ch. 9+000 to 33+000) (including spur from Design Ch. 13+200 to Junction of Faridabad- Ballabhgarh Bypass with NH-48 near Badarpur) in the state of Haryana on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana 25.375 (24 km main highway + 1.375 km spur) 1545.80 The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of NHAI https://etenders.gov.in from 15/03/2019 to 30/04/2019 (up to 11:00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at https://etenders.gov.in during the validity of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), i.e. https://etenders.gov.in on or before 30/04/2019 (up to 11:00 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 01/05/2019 (at 11:30 hours IST). Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Demand Draft towards cost of bid document, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement etc. as specified in Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 01/05/2019 (at 11:00 hours IST).
