NOTE:- 1. The bidder shall quote rates as per the above schedule. 2. Above quantities are tentative in nature and may change as per NHSRCL’s requirement. 3. The rates shall be inclusive of all wages, all allowances and benefits payment towards entitled medical and annual leave, EPF contributions, insurance (as applicable), as per conditions of contract along with all taxes (except Goods and Service Tax (GST)), duties etc. as applicable and other conditions put in tender document. 4. The cost of transportation to site visits by Agency officials including lodging and boarding will be borne by NHSRCL. The Agency shall be permitted to travel by Air (Economy class) only. Officials falling under the category of item no. (A)-1, (A)-2, (A)-3 & above shall be entitled for stay in any Five (5)-Star hotel in India. (A)-4, (A)-5, (A)-7 & (A)-10 are entitled for stay in any Four (4)-Star hotel in India. Other Officials are entitled for stay in any Three (3)- Star hotel in India. 5. NHSRCL shall provide space for sitting of Agency’s personnel at its offices, including computers with Primavera software, Tilos Software, etc., phones, with internet connectivity etc. for all locations and office stationery. 6. The International Expert [item no. (A)-3] shall be required to perform his duties from the NHSRCL office in Delhi. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon the request of the agency, NHSRCL may, at its sole discretion, permit the personnel to work remotely. In such an event, the monthly remuneration payable to the personnel shall be reduced by twenty-five percent (25%).
