The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum of 5 years of experience preceding the proposal due date in similar work. The bidder should have successfully executed similar nature works, which can be demonstrated by one of the following criteria: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder needs to provide details of contracts, including contract identification, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount in INR, and percentage of total amount if the bidder was a partner in a JV or subcontractor. Additionally, the bidder should provide copies of certificates of accreditation and completion certificates issued by the concerned Department for the project listed. The bidder's experience is also evaluated based on the number of years, with more than 5 years up to 10 years receiving a bonus of 3 marks, and more than 10 years receiving a bonus of 2 marks. The definition of similar nature of work includes construction or complete renovation of specific facilities, including various aspects such as civil, interior, acoustic treatment, and electrical works, all under a single contract or agreement.
