The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of providing similar type of services. The bidder should have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least X number of projects with a contract value of not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, however specific values for X, yy are not provided. The value of the work is 217 Lakh and the percentage of similar works completed is 5.00% as per one of the sources. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual turnover of 217 Lakh for 3 years. Exemptions are available for Micro or Small Enterprises and DPIIT registered Startups from the experience criteria, subject to meeting quality and technical specifications.
