The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years for the same or similar services. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following conditions: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least X number of projects with a contract value not less than a specified amount for each contract of providing manpower services.
