Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) and making good the wall etc., complete. 75 mm

Cutting holes up to 15x 15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc., and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc., with cement concetre 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) : 25 mm thick.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 1 2 mm (average) thick cement moratar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workment etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note : This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Fabrication, supplying and installation of floor mounted twin bore type stainless steel litterbins with pivot system. The stainless steel litterbins shall have two numbers drums made up of 1 mm thick stainless steel grade 304 sheet of outer size 425 mm (length) x 310 (width at center) x 480 m (height). The overall size of the litterbins shall be 1000x300x1050 mm having two numbers of box and three numbers of stainless steel square pipe of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 1.60 mm thick stainless steel of grade 304 and 1000 mm height above natural ground level after installation. the vertical stainless steel post shall have anchoring arrangement at base as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The litterbins shall be hugged with pivot system on vertical stainless steel square pipe. The litterbins shall have top covers for two number of bore / drums made up of stainless steel sheet of grade 304 and finish no. 4 having overall size of 300 mm x 450 mm with bent to shape as per design / drawing in horizontal shape required shape to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge as per sample approved. the Vertical stainless steel post shall be embedded in cement concrete block of size 300x300x450 mm and of mixe 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of Twin Stainless Steel dustbin should not less than 26.15 Kg).
