Providing and laying premium glazed anti skid multi colour 80mm thick precast cement concrete glazed glasss moulded and corner chamfered interlocking pavers block of M-40 grade having glazed minimum 10mm thick as per the specification attached, the interlocking pavers of required shape /design made by reputed manufacturer by spetra/terra ferna/dalal tiles & equivalent make be laid in desired pattern and colour over a bed of 50mm thick course sand including cutting pavers block as per requrement at site. The joint filled with fine sand etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete manufactured through Hydraulically pressed fully automatic machine through PLC panel made in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer- in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved byEngineer-in-charge)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Providing & laying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 300x300x60/ 400mmx400mmx60mm of mix M-35 grade manufactured through fully automatic hydraulically presssed machine and finished smooth as per shape, size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick average cement mortar 1:5(1cement:5coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5(1cement:5coarse sand) and neatly finished etc complete as per the direction and instructions of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid to be contractor for laying slabs in approved pattern in using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath)

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and laying ISI marked non pressure NP2 class (Light duty) RCC pipe with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 Cement :2 Fine Sand) excluding testing of joints etc. complete. (a) 300mm diametre RCC pipe

Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber of 560 mm internal dia and depth 60 cm with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) over bed concrete 15 cm dia, 15 cm thick of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 Coarse Sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) inside cement plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand) finished with a floating cost of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the fibers reinforced gully grating covers and frame 840 mm external dia confirming to special specification for the RCC gully grating cover and frame to IS 12592 Part-1 with upto date amendments including fixing and embedding the frame in 15 cm thick 12 cm width cement mortar 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) :Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete For pipes 250 to 300 mm diameter

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 Kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . Weighting and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures / rules of the C&D Waste plant . The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rats will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
