Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Constructing brick masonry circular road Gully chamber of 560mm internal dia 60cm deep with FPS brick of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand ) over a bed concrete of 15cm. thick 115cm dia of mix 1:5:10 (1cement :5 Coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) inside cement plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the reinforced Gully grating cover and frame of 560mm internal dia metre 840mm external dia metre amendments including finishing and embedding the frame in 15cm thick Cement Concrete 1: 2: 4 (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with gully grating complete as per direction and satifaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying non- pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars/ R.C.C. pipe jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1: 2 (1cement : 2fine sand ) excluding testing of joints etc complete (a) 250mm dia RCC pipe.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mmdeep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing S.S post including frame of grade 304 pipes with braces of S.S. grade 304 and rectangular section including cutting, organ welding, grading, making circumstances polishing, buffing etc. complete with necessary holes, nuts & bolts, caps & anchor plates of S.S. grade 304 ASTM as per drawing & instructions of the Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of RCC/CC and earth work.

Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm thick Aluminum Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminum sheet of 0.25mm thick each having a distance of 2.50mm thick filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet).

Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade XI as per ASTM-D 4956-07 in two layers of approved colour over ACM/ Aluminium sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The base layer of Type-XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/ Aluminium sheet with words/ directions, pictogram (picture), arrows, signs shall be printed over sheet through traffic jet digital print system of approved make complete including cleaning etc. complete, all as per drawing and directin of Engineer-in-charge (payment shall be made for flat area of sheet only).

Providing and fixing in position very high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide and 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/ Aluminium sheet with S.S. frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 I cement 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including recycled concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: (a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Disposal of building rubbish / malba/silt / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25kms. lead i.e. Shastri Park/Burari/Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/rules of plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursement by the department on production of only original cash receipts.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer

Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove
