Fabrication, supply and installation of SS 304 Grade centre mounted dustbin till type i.e. bins shall be able to be roated around the horizontal axis fully for easy removal of the garbage from the bins with locking arrangement (Locking arrancement ahall be made with 10mm SS rod 200mm length and fixed at the bottom of both the bins and it will get locked when slided in to a hole to be provided in the vertical pipe and the arrangement is given as per drawing for easy removal of garbage and maintenance) of over all dimenstion with base 1012mm (L) x 850mm (H) with circular drum of size 375mm dia x 600 mm high and 1.5mm thick, Supported on 4mm thick SS base plate which shall rest on the ground and shall have holes to enable fixing to the ground with 48.30mm (OD) strucutre pipe 1.65 mm thick tube all joints indicated in the drawing shall be TIG welded and smoothly finished including grinding, buffing, polishing etc. (Welder should be TUV certified), 4nos. studs shall be provided for hanging plastic bags with in the bins as per drawing . Transverse wave shaped laser profile cutting on the shell as per the dimenstions indiacted for easy air flow and odour free. Dustbin base should have perforation & circular cutting made on laser cutting machine. The bins shall be fixed to the columns with pin bearing and the design of bearing given in drawing). The words "KEEP YOUR CITY CLEAN" & " NDMC Logo " shall be Laser cut on the both the bins at the bottom as per drawing.Dustbin should be complete in all respect as per drawing and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (Capacity of dustbin should not less than 60 litres appox. and its weight should not be less than 25 kg ). For payment only weight of stainless steel bin shall be considered and nothing extra shall be paid for accessories such as nuts, bolts,S.S Plate, etc. and final drawing and design of bins shall be as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (CC block and fixing by fastner at site shall be paid seperately.
