Providing and Fixing prefeb porta cabin of required size (Outer dimension ) with height of 3.00 from centre and 2.4m from side ends having two windows and one door in each Porta Cabin. The cabin will have the following specifications. Walls and roof: Walls and roof panel shall be made of GI sheet of minimum thickness 0.63mm on both sides of 75mm thick EPS (Expanded ply styrene) thermacol of 16kg./ cum. Density which is sandwich between two sheets The GI sheet will have protection of a layer of poly raisin with sand finish on outer side and poly raisin layer on inner side of gI sheet. THe panels are further fitted at GIU - channel of size 50mmx75mmx50mm size of 16 guage thick GI sheet which are fitted on floor with the help of self threating screws. The walls and roof panel shall be anchored with the help of GI angle sections on both side of the wall which are tighted with the help of self threading screws and purlins will be provided at required intervals of 3.00m (app.) which are made out of rectangular hollow sections 80x40x18 guages. The walls will havetwo aluminium window three track sliding of 1.20x0.90m size with aluminimum grills as per requirement at site and having two shutter fittedwith 4mm thick modi float glass and one shutter fitted with fly mesh. THe walls will have one flush door shutter 30mm thick ISI market boiling water proof having clear opening of 2.00mx 0.90m size with pressed steel chowkhat 1.20mm thick fitted to the panels. THe doors will have one aluminum sliding door botlt 250x16mm size, tow aluminum handles 125mm size and tow tower bolts of 200mm size and one aluminum door stopper. The corner of walls will have GI angles of 75x75x16 guage size fitted with the help of nut and bolt. Roof will have GI sheet ridge cap of size 10"x10"x16 guage the roof wil have projection of 45cm alround the cabin. The edges of the roof will also be covered with GI U shape channel of size 50x75x50mmx16guage Electrical fitting:- Inside the cabin will have one elctronic electric meter, one Exhaust fan, two three pin socket points of 5amp and two three pin socket points of 15amp shall be given with switches and one points of cable shall be provided inside the cabin. The electric wiring will have one pin switch of 32amp outside the cabin. The wiring and switching shall be ISI mark fo reputed make and fitting with PVC battens in each Porta Cabin.Finishing :- Finish shall be done with texture paint on outer side and plastic emulsion paint on inner side. The door shall be painted with enamel paint of approved brand over an anti termite treatment of the cabin.The work shall be executed entirely as per direction of the engineer-in-charge and the cost fo cabin shall include all the works mentioned above and scaffolding, anti termite treatment etc. outer dimensions of the cabin will be paid. The size of the cabin can vary as per the availability of site. Nothing extra shall be paid for any work which is found necessary for the execution of the work but the same is not mentioned above. The rates shall include the transportation, installation and all other taxes as applicable.

Providing and fixing S S post including frame of grade 304 pipe with braces of S S grade 304 and rectangular section including cutting , organ welding , grading , polishing, buffing complete with necessary holes, nuts and bolts , caps and anchor plates of S S grade 304 ASTM and welding using U-Clips as per drawing and instruction of Engineer -in-charge. excluding the cost of RCC/CC and earth work.

Providing and fixing in position very high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide and 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/Aluminum sheet with S.S. frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cutting, hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm thick Alumiinum Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminum sheet of 0.25 mm thick each having a distance of 2.50 mm thick filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (payment shall be made for flat area of sheet).

Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade-XI as per ASTM-D 4956-07 in two layers of approved colour over ACM/Aluminium sheet complete with necessary, adhesive and pressure method etc. The base layer of Type-XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/ Aluminium sheet with words/ directions, pictogram (picture), arrows, signs shall be printed over sheet complete including cleaning and pasting etc. complete, all as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet only).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grounting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. size of Tile 600x600mm

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Victorian type garden bench of approved design having both side arms made of cast Iron having back height 720mm and seating height 390mm (approx). Both side arms of bench shall be connected with 10 Numbers M.S.Tubes rectangular type 65x25mm and 16 gauge thick of length 1500mm for seating and back purpose with extra support of seating portion of bench with 25x5mm M.S. Flat. The bench shall have the provision of hold fasts 230mm long M.S flat 25x6mm fixed with all the Four Legs embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of blocks of size 0.23x0.23x0.30 metre including excavation of pits for Four concrete blocks including primer and painting with approved quality of enamel paint like Berger, Asian, Nerolac Paints etc. Minimum weight of bench shall not be less than 90kg per bench (The weight of all the steel and cast Iron members as mentioned above).The work shall be executed as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of the cost of CC Block and excavation).
