Providing and fixing of Misting Nozzle on existing bracket, capable for throw the water jet up to one meter radius with a discharge rate 2.8 LPH at operating pressure 50 bar, featuring a precision-drilled orifice, integrated filter, and corrosion-resistant finish , Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories (extension, tee & nipple etc.) for connection between misting nozzle on bracket , testing & commissioning etc. as required.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of stainless steel Ball Valve of size 15 mm dia Including all suitable accessories required for fixing the valve.

Supplying & installation of complete setup of Digital Irrigation Sequential controller for operation of 5/10/15 HP misting pump in pulses shall be designed to provide precise on-off control for intermittent misting operations. It should support a 415V, three-phase input, and be compatible with the motor's specifications. The controller must allow adjustable pulse, duration and intervals, enabling customizable misting cycles based on specific requirements. It should feature a digital display for easy configuration, along with user-friendly settings for controlling the time intervals, such as misting durations from seconds to minutes. Built-in protections like overload, short circuit ,and phase failure safeguards are essential to ensure the safety and longevity of both the pump and the controller, including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories like cable ,wire thimble etc., connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of three phase high- pressure piston pump set (pump and motor) shall have minimum flow rate of 50 liters per minute (LPM) and be capable of delivering a pressure range between 80 to100 bar. The pump shall have a minimum horse power of 15 HP and operate on a 415V, three-phase power supply. The rotational speed (RPM) of the pump shall be approximately 720 RPM. It shall be equipped with a heavy-duty direct coupling for optimal performance and durability in continuous operations. The pump housing and all wetted parts must be made of corrosion-resistant materials suitable for high-pressure applications, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency. Additionally, the pump shall have built-in the rmal protection and vibration dampening to minimize wear and ensure safe operation in demanding, including supplying and fixing of all other accessories like NRV and header fittings, suitable size electric cable & wire , suitable size base frame, etc. complete as required etc., connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing fixing testing & commissioning of Pump Starter Relay of suitable range for pump set of minimum capacity 5/10/15 HP Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories like cable ,wire & thimble etc., making connection complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size Enclosure for Electrical Component. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation of enclosure etc. complete as required

Supplying ,installation ,testing and commissioning of Reverse Osmosis (RO) system shall have a capacity of 2000 liters per hour (LPH) (and output water TDS upto 50 PPM) and be equipped with all necessary components, including high-pressure pumps, membranes, filters, and associated piping for efficient operation. The system will include a high- pressure pump capable of delivering the required pressure for optimal membrane performance, typically around 10-15 bar, with corrosion- resistant materials to handle water conditions. The RO membranes shall be of high quality, TFC (Thin Film Composite) type, with a recovery rate of up to 75%, designed to remove dissolved solids, contaminants, and impurities, ensuring high-quality permeate water. The system will feature a pre-treatment stage with multi-media and activated carbon filter store move sediment, chlorine, and organic matter, ensuring the longevity of the membranes. It shall also include an anti-scalant dosing system to prevent membrane fouling. Post-treatment options, such as UV sterilization or ozonation, may be provided for disinfection purposes. The system shall be fully automated with a control panel for real-time monitoring, pressure gauges, flow meters, and safety features like low-pressure and high- pressure switches, ensuring smooth operation and protection of the components. The frame should be made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the entire system must be easy to maintain, energy-efficient, and compliant with international water treatment standards. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation etc. as required.

Providing and fixing prefab cabins of required sizes with height of 3.25m from centre and 3.00 meter from side end having windows of required ventilator. The cabin will have the following specifications. Wall and roof:- Wall and roof panel shall be made of G.I. Sheet of minimum thickness 0.63mm on both sides of 75mm thick EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) thermocol of 18 Kilogram per cubic meter density which is sandwiched between two sheets. The G.I. sheet will have protection of a layer of Poly raisin layer on inner side of G.I.Sheet and outer part would be sand coated. The panels are further fitted at G.I.U. channels of size 50mmx75mmx50mm size of 16 Guage thick G.I.sheets which are fitted on floor with the help of self threading screws. The wall and roof panel shall be anchored with the help of G.I. angle sections on both side of the wall which are tightened with the help of self threading screws and purlins will be provided at required intervals which are made out of rectangular hollow section 80x40x16 Guage. The walls will have four or required number of aluminum windows three tracks sliding of 0,90 x 0.90 metre size with aluminum grill as per requirement at site and having two shutter fitted with 4 mm thick modi float glass and one shutter fitted with fly mesh. The door will have on aluminum sliding door bolt 250 x 16mm size, two aluminum handles 125m size and two tower bolts of 200mm size and one aluminum door stopper. The corner of walls will have G.I.angles of 75x75x16 Gauge size fitted with the help of nut and bolt. Roof will have G.I.sheet Ridge cap of Size 10" x 10" x 16 Gauge. The roof will have projection of 45cm all-round the cabin. The edges of the roof will also be covered with G.I.U. shape channel of size 50x75x50mm 16 Gauge. Electrical fitting:- The inside of cabin will have one ceiling fans of 48" size of ISI mark (Bajaj), cropton, kethan or equivalent) and one exhaust fan of minimum dimension 225 mm, power 42 W, RPM 1400 of make Bajaj or equivalent and having two slim tube light fitting (4" size) with electronic chock of (Phillips, Bajaj or equivalent) and two fancy light having twin bulbs of 40 watts each as per the sample approved. In addition to above two three pin sockets points of 5 amp and two three pin socket points of 15 amp shall be give with switches and one points of cable shall be provided inside the cabin. The electric wiring will have one main switch of 32 amp ouside the cabin. One additional slim tube light with fitting shall be fixed outside the cabin having separate switch control near the door of the cabin on the outer side of the wall. The wiring and switches shall be ISI mark of reputed make and fitting with PVC battens. Finishing :- Finish shall be done with texture paint on outer side and plastic emulsion paint on inner side. The door shall be painted with enamel paint of approved brand. The work shall be executed entirely as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and the cost of cabin shall include all the work mentioned above and scaffolding etc. outer dimensions of the cabin will be paid. The size of the cabin can vary as per availability of site. Nothing extra shall be paid for any work which is found necessary for the execution of the work but the same is not mentioned above. The rates shall include the transportation, installations and all other taxes as applicable.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete1:3:6(1cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
