Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. (a) Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and S.S. friction hinges (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x64 mm, sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ±. 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of door upto 2.50 sqm)

Providing and fixing glazing in UPVC door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): (a) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) sqm 999.60 21.3.2 With float glass panes of 4 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. (a) Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.50 Tonne Inverter three star Split A.C. with remote Model No. 183VCZJ(R32-SPS copper coil) of make Voltas/ Hitachi or equivalent, operated at 220 Volt 50 Hz AC supply having cooling capacity 5100W, with a comprehensive warranty of one year in cluding making necessary connection fixing etc. complete as per instructions, direction, entire satisfaction and sample approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Purchase and taken away the dismantled material-serviceable/ unserviceable which is to be received from the work shall be taken away by the Contractor as and where basis for which cartage shall be borne by the contractor himself and against these material payment shall be made by the contractor to the department or necessary recoveries shall be made from the bill as per the quantities received for different materials. (a) Aluminium Scrap

(b) Old/Fequently failure AC (including dismantling)
