Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Granite work (Polished and machine cut) of thickness 18 mm for wall lining (veneer work), backing filled with grout of average 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately). Area of slab over 0.50 Sqm.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished seamless type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing of ornamental decorative type pieces of cast iron with the help of welding on existing MS pipe frame structure as per the design approved and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite work

Providing and applying approved steel paint with the help of spray gun upto 6.00m height including necessary scaffolding and related accessories for spray gun etc. complete and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Victorian type garden bench of approved design having both side arms made of cast Iron having back height 720mm and seating height 390mm (approx). Both side arms of bench shall be connected with 10 Numbers M.S.Tubes rectangular type 65x25mm and 16 gauge thick of length 1500mm for seating and back purpose with extra support of seating portion of bench with 25x5mm M.S. Flat. The bench shall have the provision of hold fasts 230mm long M.S flat 25x6mm fixed with all the Four Legs embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of blocks of size 0.23x0.23x0.30 metre including excavation of pits for Four concrete blocks including primer and painting with approved quality of enamel paint like Berger, Asian, Nerolac Paints etc. Minimum weight of bench shall not be less than 90kg per bench (The weight of all the steel and cast Iron members as mentioned above).The work shall be executed as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of the cost of CC Block and excavation).
