The scope of work involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of fixed-mounted Anti-Smog Water Guns with a minimum mist spray range of 80 meters, to be installed on the rooftops of high-rise buildings. The anti-smog gun will include a high-volume, high-pressure blower with a 18.3 KV (25 HP) motor and high-efficiency vent and air-flow straightener, along with electric protection, PAG Impeller (50 HZ,IE-2, 415v) . The system will feature an air straightener and inbuilt silencer made of mild steel fitted in the blower exhaust. The nozzle ring will have 1.5” SS nozzles, operating at 100 bars with a ¼” welded socket, containing removable and cleanable nozzles arrangement Outer and inner ring, with at least 50 nozzles SS304 having a ¼” finest orifice to generate fine mist particles, effective for controlling dust particles as small as 10 microns. The fan safeguard mesh shall be made of mild steel, and the screw jack motorized lifting mechanism shall allow for 0-45 degree automatic verticle movement with a locking system. The cannon will feature a gear motor assembly enabling 0-300 degree rotation with automatic adjustable Horizontal Movement. The control panel will have an IP-55, 50 Hz, 415v and shall include a double-door electric control panel with a star-delta starter for the blower motor, a DOL pump starter, overload protection, phase protection, and a dry-run controller, along with an emergency stop (IP-55, 50 Hz, 415 v). The system will also incorporate a high-pressure multistage pump with a 7.5 HP motor, 10 m³/h capacity, 16 bars and stainless steel impellers. A 1.5” hydraulic discharge hose with a 500 PSI hydraulic fitting shall connect the pump to the nozzle discharge, and an inlet strainer with 1.5” SS mesh (100 microns, washable and replaceable) shall filter the incoming water. The control panel will have built-in safety features, including a dry-run safety function, single-phase preventer, and a locking system for elevation and rotation. The fan motor will be 18.3 kW, 50Hz 3-phase, (25 HP) and the cannon fan will be made of PAG fiberglass MOC with a capacity of 70,000 m³/h, providing coverage for an area of up to 20,000 square meters. A heavy-duty skid with vibration pads will be installed on the rooftop to support the anti-smog gun. The system will have Automatic Adjustable Horizontal Movement (AAHM), operated via a local control panel or remote control with a range of up to 100 meters, offering functions such as UP/DOWN movement, oscillation, pump start/stop, and emergency stop. All work shall be complete and carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
