Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Relaying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete slabs of size 400 x 400 x 50mm of mix M-30 Grade manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration tables and finished smooth as per shapes size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1cement: 5coase sand) and having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1cement: 5coarse sand) neatly finishing etc. plete as per directions and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath.)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C & D waste management site within 25 kms. lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. The processing fee of C & D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts. Conditions :- 13.54 M.T. Cement in bags shall be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
