Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Constructing brick masonary manhole (silt chamber ) of size 120x90x120cm depth with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) 15cm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with a 18.92Kg cold twisted bars 20cm foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plaster 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and providing 75 mm thick bed of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and finished with neat cement Punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design (depth shall be measured from invert level of pipe to top of RCC slab ) difference of 30cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and the bed Manholes excluding the cost of fixing SFRC manhole cover and frame MD-10 500mm dia internal complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge which shall be paid separately.

Constructing brick masonry circular road gully chamberof 560mm internal dia meter depth 60cm with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in cement in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) over a bed concrete of 115mm dia and 15cm thick of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 Coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside cement plaster 12mm thick thick with cement mortar 1;3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the reinforced Gully grating cover and frame of 560mm internal dia metre 840mm external dia metre amendments including finishing and embedding the frame in 15cm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with gully grating complete as per direction and statisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Constructing brick masonry bell mouth chamber type with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) of inside size 45 x 50 x 65 cm deep channel side wall to be 30 cm deep below channel level over with three number precast cement concrete cubes of size 15 x 15 x15 cm fixed in cement mortar to form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of size 50 x 45 cm inside opening with one edge rounded off to match the profile of CC kerb stone including providing and laying lean concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inside the chamber. The frame to be fixed with cement concrete 65 mm thick on three walls of chamber including plastering inside with 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement punning etc complete in all respect as per the direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge including necessary excavation in foundation and refilling etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality M D - 10 Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Relaying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete. Slabs of size 400x400x50mm of M-30 grade design. Mix manufactured at an appropriate plant by compaction concrete in steel moulds in two stages of vibration and compaction and compression pressure required shapes size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 coarse sand) having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per directions and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath

Providing and laying in footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete. Slabs of size 400x400x50mm of M-30 grade design. Mix manufactured at an appropriate plant by compaction concrete in steel moulds in two stages of vibration and compaction and compression pressure required shapes size and pattern over a base of 12mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 coarse sand) having joints not exceeding 10mm thick filled with cement mortar 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per directions and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shapes at end of footpath.

Raising of GT/Manhole cover and frame of any shape & size taking out the cover with frame and refixing the same at desired i.e necessary brick work cement concrete and finishing with 12mm plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with flating coat of neat cement and providing 13 cm wide and 10 cm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 around the cover and frame and disposal of runnish with in 50 Metre.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Dismantling of R.C.C pipes in excavated trenches including breaking of joints, desilting and cleaning of pipe and stacking of serviceable pipe as well as disposal of rubbish within 50m lead (a) 150mm dia to 300 dia R.C.C pipes.

Dismantling of R.C.C pipes in excavated trenches including breaking of joints, desilting and cleaning of pipe and stacking of serviceable pipe as well as disposal of rubbish within 50m lead (a) 300 mm dia to 450 dia R.C.C pipes.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
