Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil (260.30x0.973=253.27)

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :All kinds of soil (549.75*0.973=534.91)

Constructing brick masonry manhole (silt chamber type) inside size 120 X 90X 120 CM deep with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) 15 cm thick RCC top slab with 500 mm diameter clear opening in mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design (depth shall be measured from invert level of pipe up to top of RCC slab and difference of 30 cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and manhole including the cost of RCC manhole cover and frame 500MM dia which shall be paid separately.

Constructing brick masonry circular road Gully chamber of 560mm internal dia 60cm deep with FPS brick of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand ) over a bed concrete of 15cm. thick 115cm dia of mix 1:5:10 (1cement :5 Coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) inside cement plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the reinforced Gully grating cover and frame of 560mm internal dia metre 840mm external dia metre including finishing and embedding the frame in 15cm thick Cement Concrete 1: 2: 4 (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with gully grating complete as per direction and satifaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Construction of bell mouth (silt chamer type) with brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) of inside size 45 x 50 x 65 cm deep below channel level over which 3 nos precast cement concrete cube of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 c/sand : 4 graded stone agg 20 mm n/size) 15 x 15 x 15 cm size shall be fixed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 c/sand) to form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover/frame of size 500 x 450 mm inside opening with one edge rounded off to match the profile of CC kerb stone including providing and laying bed concrete 5cm thick 1:4:8 ((1 cement : 4 c/sand : 8 graded stone 40 mm n/size) 50mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 c/sand : 4 graded stone agg 20 mm n/size) CC inside the chamber and frame to be fixed in 65 mm thick CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 c/sand : 4 graded stone agg 20mm n/size) on three walls of chamber. Inside the chamber shall be finished with 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 c/sand) with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in Charge (including cost of excavation in foundation, filling and cover frame.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. (196x0.973=190.71)

Providing and Laying of footpath and pavement etc. factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 400x400x50 mm with Mix 30 grade manufactured at an appropriate plant by compacting concrete in joint less steel moulds in two stages of vibration & compression and finished smooth as per shape size and pattern over a base of 12 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding more than 10 mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying, slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shape at the end of footpath)

Laying of footpath and pavement etc. with factory made precast cement concrete slab of size 400x400x50 mm finished smooth as per shape size and pattern over a base of 12 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and having joints not exceeding more than 10 mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) neatly finished etc. complete as per direction and instruction of Engineer-in-charge (nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor by laying, slabs in approved pattern and using precast slabs of required shape at the end of footpath) (Length of finished CC Slab edging shall be measured for payment) (Old CC Slab shall be supplied by the deparment free of cost)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Rate as per CPWD MOM 08.08.2024 Rate = 7654.85 x 0.973 = 7448.17)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C & D waste management site within 25 kms. lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. The processing fee of C & D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
