The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work in the last 07 years, specifically comprehensive operation and maintenance of Truck mounted Mechanical Road Sweeping Machines. The bidder should have completed one of the following: - Three similar works, each for a value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., not less than Rs.111 Lakh. - Two similar works, each for a value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., not less than Rs. 167 Lakh. - One similar work for a value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, i.e., not less than Rs. 222 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of the tender amount, which is Rs. 139 Lakh, during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending March 2024. The bidder should also submit a net worth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 27.80 Lakh. Departmentally approved sub-contractor's work will be considered as eligible similar work. The performance report of works should include details such as the name of the work/project, agreement number, estimated cost, amount of work completed, tendered cost, and dates of start and completion.
