OD30411/2023-2024:Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20 passengers (1360 kg) Hospital Lift having contract speed of 1 MPS serving different floors in the existing lift shaft as per detailed specifications enclosed and as under: Location of Lift: MCH Block, Swami Dayanand Hospital (1) Speed: 1 MPS (ii) Floors: 04 (Ground+03) (iii) Travel: 14.5 Meters approx (iv) No. of Stops/entrances : Four (v) Controller: A.C. variable voltage & variable frequency. (vi) Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required. (vii) Operation: Full Collective Control simplex system with/without attendant. (viii) Power: 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz, 4-Wire system (ix) Type of doors: a.) Car: Two Panel Stainless Steel Door, Centre Opening Auto Door with Curtain infrared Door safety. b.) Landing doors: Stainless Steel finish, Two Panel Centre Opening, Auto Door with Curtain infrared Door safety. (X) A hard rail (Made up of Stainless Steel) not less than 600 mm long at 900 mm above floor level to be fixed adjacent to control panel in the lift car. (Xi)Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator.

OD30412/2023-2024:Comprehensive maintenance of 20 passengers (1360 kg) lift which include routine, preventive & break down maintenance for period of five years including repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum downtime and warranty & guarantee of repaired/ replaced items after completion of one year defect liability period. 2nd Year.
