Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening ,including making good the damage ,connection,testing,commissioning etc.as required.(a) Up to 450 mm sweep

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)6 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(a) Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating ,double pole,240 volt,isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections,testing and commissioning etc. as required.(b) 63 amps

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Up to 35 sqmm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Armoured Cable 1.1KV grade conforming to IS-7098 of following size:-2C*10 sqmm

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Un-Armoured Cable 1.1KV grade conforming to IS-7098 of following size:-2C*4 sqmm

S/I/T/C of LED Tube Type luminiare 20 Watt rating complete with polycarbonate housing Batten integrated electronic driver prewired with high efficient LEDs with the following: (a) Total System Wattage 20 Watt +/- 5%. (b) Luminous Efficieny lumens/watt = 95 (c ) Power Factor= 0.95

Providing and fixing of Stainless steel name plate of size 6×8 sq inch made of 20 gauge sheet including engraved name of area representative duly painted along with SS clamp nut bolt etc as required

Supply of 1200 mm sweep 50 watt, Energy saver ISI Marked BEE 5 star rating AC Ceiling fan suitable for 230 V, Hertz AC supply without regulator with blades, download etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 12 mts.Semi high mast accessories i.e.Winch, Winch rope wire(65 mtr.), Winch Bracket, Resting Backet, D-Clamp, Ring And Head Frame making connection etc. complete as required at site.
