The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work: 1. One project of similar nature, not less than the amount equal to 4 Crore. 2. Two projects of similar nature, each not less than the amount equal to 3 Crore. 3. Three projects of similar nature, each not less than the amount equal to 2 Crore. Substantially completed work means an ongoing work where 60% of the payment for the work has been made. The bidder should also have experience in works relating to distribution and collection of utility bills, property tax, or door-to-door survey in property tax. Additionally, the bidder's staff should have relevant experience, with marks awarded based on the years of experience, and the bidder should have an annual turnover of at least 2500 Crore during each of the last three financial years. Each partner should meet at least 25% and the lead partner at least 50% out of the qualifying limit in case of experience of particular consultancy and financial turnover.
