Non Recurring Cost for Tooling of End , Non Recurring Cost for Tooling of End.
-Tooling for end caps is not a supply portion.
-Tooling cost is a non-recurring cost, which shall be incurred by us
(Vendor) for developing the necessary tools at our (Vendor) end for
casting and machining of end-caps.
- The tooling shall be a part of the set-up that shall be used for
manufacturing of the items. It is proposed that the tools so developed
with this cost be retained by SKF (Vendor) to ensure continuity of
supplies and eliminating the need to develop the tools repeatedly upon
requirement of supplies from DMRC.
- Based on our (Vendor) above request, the tools developed with the
Non-Recurring Costs shall not be a supply scope and is proposed to be
retained by SKF (Vendor) to provide further material.
