The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% (forty percent) of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% (eighty percent) of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have experience in providing AI/ML-based digital platforms as a service for translation and voice localization in the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in executing jobs related to AI/ML digital platform designing of an amount greater than Rs. 1 crore each for any government Ministry/Department, Public Sector Undertaking, State Government, Government University, Urban Local body. The bidder should also have experience in providing AI/ML-based digital platforms as a service for translation and voice localisation in the last five years for Central Government or State Government departments or PSUs/ PSU affiliated entities /or CPSEs with a project value of at least five crore. The bidder must have experience for a number of years as indicated in the bid document (ending month of March prior to the bid opening) of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The estimated bid value is 20,000,000.
