The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements such as: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have an experience certificate of satisfactory service from the concerned Govt. Office/PSU to whom similar services were provided by the bidder for a period of three years or more in the last one year, with a minimum fleet of 30 vehicles. A cumulative increase/decrease of 10% in the cost of various ingredients would result in a corresponding increase/decrease of 3% in the package rate from the subsequent month, as per the Price Variation Clause. The bidder must also own a minimum of 65 commercial Sedan/Premium Sedan vehicles and have a minimum of 65 regular drivers on their payroll. A Solvency Certificate for a minimum amount of 3.50 Crore is required, and the bidder must have ISO 9001 certification.
