The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in carrying out successful auctions and rendering advisory services. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is mentioned as 76,800,000 and also 500 Lakh in different contexts. The minimum average annual turnover for 3 years should be 500 Lakh. The bidder is also required to provide an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 1,540,000, and the ePBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) percentage is 5.00% with a duration of 26 months.
