Material and labour for Cleaning of fuel tank of 910 KVA DG Set made out of MS sheet of capacity 1000 litre capacity approx by draining out fuel in a separate container, taking out all silt/ dirt deposition inside the tank, cleaning it completely by manual mean and necessary T&P and refitting and connecting with fuel pipes with DG sets all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 04 to 06: 1. (a) Contractor shall ensure UPS are working properly at NCN Data Cenre and no call pending in branch. (b) Checking of power supply source for proper grounding/earthing and safety of equipment. (c) Ensuring that the covers, screws, switches etc. are firmly fastened in respect of each equipment. (d) checking of voltage level, periodically checking earthing of the UPS, lodging complaints with OEM in case of UPS is down (e) Repair/Replacement of card (f) The quoted rate also include (01 service visit monthly + unlimited Breakdown visit If require during the contract period) and covered AC Capacitor,DC Capacitor,switchgear,power module etc. 2. Quoted rates also include all the item required for smooth functioning of UPS except batteries. 3. Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, panelty shall be charged as given below:- (a) upto 12 Hrs- NIL (b) 13 to 24 Hrs - Rs 1000/- (c) Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/- per day

Disconnecting HT supply and taking out ACB of any make and rating 1000 Amps to 2000 Amp and servicing by cleaning the fix and moving parts, removing dust particles by using high speed blower applying grease / jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening nut bolts of all the components of ACB, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load and testing with VI injecting instrument for full load test/calibration for work efficiently in the tripping circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spares as required for replacement shall be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item. (vi) A sum of Rs. 1000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbaly. (vii) Thereafter Rs. 600/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
