M&L for taking down hot water tank 300/500 ltrs capacity and replacement of PUF insulation 50mm thick of 40 kg/cum density covered with SS 304 stainless steel cladding with 1mm thick sheet and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for temparature gauge ISI marked dial type haveing range 0 to 100 ºC including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water make up tank of 15 ltrs capacity made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint surface & inner surface shall be painted with 02 coat of black bituminous paintwith and including connecting up and tacking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, ISI marked,15mm bore complete assembly screwed for iron pipe and fixed and taking out unserviceable complete all specified and directed.

S&L galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips, wall hookswooden plugs, etc.also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Laying of pipe line on wall/floors/terrace of high rise buildings up to the 8th floor by using with suitable clamps, jointing material and necessary accessories and T&P complete necessary arrangement like scaffolding etc rates are deemed to be included to carry out the work

Note:- On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
