Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade prepared in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer,as in roads/Pavements/ taxi tracks and like, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, including providing of dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture by brooming, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/expansion joints, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Note:- 1. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. 2. Item of joint fillers/ sealants to be paid separately 3. use and waste of side form for laying pavement concrete/hard-standing in bays between joints & contraction expansion joint/or between the two contraction joints for thickness of pavement upto and including 25 cm shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate. 4. Design mix cement concrete shall be prepared in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer and contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind

M&L Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of POC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1 J3rd to 1 /41h the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

M&L for forming & Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bicutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application o compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and othe debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 built in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level including manhole raising, foothpaths and similar works in all shapes and sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster (In fine sand) 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for White washing three or more coats with lime to give an even shade on newly plastered surfaces work complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying factory made coloured prepolished chamfered edge Cement Concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver blocks 80mm thick of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying RCC reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves,manhole covers, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). complete all as specified and directed.

Providing for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc for beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves,manhole covers, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair case and similar wrks including removal of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D having dia 8mm and over or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of excavated earth/ building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, outside MOD land for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying double wall corrugated HDPE pipe having OD 300MM and thickness ranging from 3 to 5mm with Pressure Rating/ PN Class as SN-08 conforming to IS 16098-2 including laid over prepared bed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) up to haunches of Double wall HDPE pipes for 300 mm diameter pipe including bed concrete as per standard design complete all as specified and directed

Making connection of drain or sewer line for pipes 250 to 300 mm diameter with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) 150mm dia pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls with claps or laid in trenches or in floors including demolition and breaking up existing unserviceable PVC pipe and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 150 mmm dia including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of new or old brick work or concrete work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC work (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, man hole cover ,drain covers ,Shelves etc and like complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in benching, haunching to sewer lines, retaining walls,mass concrete for foundation, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete all as specified and directed.
