M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern (groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove) complete including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete.

M & L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered, unplastered or pointing surfaces old decorated/un-decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with POP/Putty and applying One coat of weather schiled exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint all as per manufacturers instructions to achive desired finish at any height complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with POP/Putty and applying One coat of Cement Based Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry in floor/path including dismantling of existing interlocking tiles of any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Heavy duty vitrified external designer floor tiles, parking tiles etc any colour, shape and size upto the area of 0.18 sqm each tile thick , set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush with grey cement and pigments to match colour of tiles in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of existing floor tiles of any type and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation exc on for walls, shafts, manholes not exc 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returing filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft or loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavatged matereials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces complete.

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required (Size and pattern as approved by GE) and including dismantling of old existing kerb stone of any type and size etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20 mm thick granite of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in over and incl rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured glazed wall cladding tiles of size overall area exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm of 8-10mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall over 10mm thick rendering and as per sample approved by Engr-in-charge or GE complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F "RAJSHRI" Brand factory made WPC railing combining WPC board/Fancy designer type grating and WPC frame 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) railing of required length and of 2' to 2.5' height , comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) , Calcium Carbonate and natural fibres (Wood Powders/rice husk//wheat husk) and non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650kg/cbm and WPC frame having minimum density 780kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001-2015 certified Company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000N (Face) & 1100N (Edge) , Minimum comprising of 50N/mm2, Modules of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of speed of flame of class A category with property of being termite/Borer free water /Moisture proof and fire resistance. For WPC railing WPC jali to be fixed with WPC frame of size 75x50mm with necessary supporting lengths at vertical as well as horizontal at wall frames to be fixed with 3"x3" GI 'L' or SS cleats to support vertical frame lengths including demolition /dismantling of existing RCC jallies with frames complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Rajshree or equivalent as approved by GE) (Note : The said item shall be fixed over boundary walls/roof tops and in any other positions as per requirement at site)

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in footings, plinth beam and bases of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 Design Mix using 20mm graded agg as in columns , piers posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square or rectangular rough finished surfaces of concrete laid flat complete all as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but Ms tie bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, security grill over bdy wall (ornamental/designer type), Angle Iron gates, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. (No extra pament shall be paid for ornamental/designer pattern grills/gates, same shall be included in the quoted rates)

S & F framed work such as in door frame, door shuters / gate of angel or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hings or steel hanging door fittings, including hings hold fast of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality) etc complete.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240complete all as specified and directed

S & F Aluminium Composite panel (ACP Sheets colour as approved by GE) of 3-4 mm thick joint with cilicon/adhesive as per manufacture instruction including necessary aluminium framed work as required shape and size by welding etc fixing to wall/ceiling/ RCC column/boarding/Gates/Name Plates on gates with necessary fixing arrangements upto a height of 10 Mtrs including taking down existing UNSV sheet of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 45mm thick set in CM (1:4) (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid seperately) including demolition of existing RCC Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

S & F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall / view cutter etc, fixed with self tapping screws with bent to a curve (of any radius as per required) including dismantling asbestos cement sheet in roof coverings ( corrugated , semicorrugated etc) any gauge, thickness, including , Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in any pattern & position of roof coverings.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall, gate etc including dismantling of existing sheet of any type complete all as specified.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces/Concrete surfaces/Curb Stone surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for One Coat of Synthetic Enamal Paint on steel surfaces (such as Gate/door/window/grill/GI roof top/Kerb stone including prepration of Old steel concrete surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified.
