Chilling Unit : Supply of Chiller of 48 TR complete with compressor, motor, insulated chiller, flow switch at chiller, fans, vibration isolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, accessories as required and called for, automatic and safety controls mounted in central console panel and all mounted on a steel frame complete in all respect. Air Handling Unit (Supply AHU) : Supply AHU of 3200 CFM with specification as: inner skin 20 G Plain G.I; # Outer skin 22 G precoated GI, PUF insulation panel, with internal coving and in thermal break construction; Three Stage Filtration shall be in Air Handling Unit as per above mentioned ASHRAE Standards; The Air Handling Unit should be complete with Fresh Air Section, CHW coil, HW Coil, Pre & fine filters on common frame, PUF panel sections with thermal break profile, complete with required Ducting, Insulation, Dampers, Actuators etc. – completed in All respect. Operation & Maintenance of Fire Alarm Sensors, other sensors of pressures, temp. and humidity indicators

Maintaining necessary LOG-book on every shift basis duly signed by operator in-charge. Maintenance of other Logbooks for various functions performed regularly and the same should be made available to the AIC-JNUFI.

Two Engineers shall be stationed at the Site for routine operation & maintenance of the facility. The bidder should have sufficiently trained and qualified skilled technicians as per the prevailing government guidelines, who have minimum two years’ experience of working in operation and maintenance of BSL 3 facility with copies of their biodata.

Operation & Maintenance of Air Conditioner Units of 11 tons, 8.5 tons and window A.C. of 2 tons (5 Nos. of split type and three tons (2 no.) split type.

Calibration, independent validation and certification by competent authority of BSL3 as approved by Government of India Annual Facility Validation through 3rd Party Particle Counting Test with instruments with calibration certificates. Validation & Calibration once in a year. Validation reports should be documented with necessary regulations and keep in record for future audit.

BMS & Electricals operation & maintenance Including Provision for Controller, Temperature and Differential Pressure transmitter and DPS with Fire Alarm Integration, necessary electrical items like, MCCB, CFL Set, Ballast, Relays and Contactors, circuit breakers.

Door Access, Interlock and log Maintenance

Safe disposal of biohazards and waste as per the prevailing Govt. and international regulations including experimental animals
