12.50mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1Cement:4Coarse sand) cement mortar i/c. cost of all materials, labour, and T&P etc . Required for proper completion of work.

Painting two coats over priming coat of old wooden surface i/c. cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. paint shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 80 mm thick factory made C.C.Interlocking tiles/Paver (30mpa) including 25mm. Thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope,filling joints with fine sand and below it laying 0.10 m thick base concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone grit (20-40 mm size)) i/c. cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling old damaged existing plaster including disposal of refuse within distance of 60 meters i/c. cost of labour and T&P etc.

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint two coat of approved make such as Asian/ quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powedered materials including curring and cost of all materials.

Distempring two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over an including a priming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar,Asian Paints after throughly brushing the surface from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including prepairing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supplying & Fixing 32 mm. thick commercial flush door shutters conforming of I.S. 2202 Part-1(1983) including fixing of Wooden cleats and stoppers and including Fixing & adjustment of hinges,bolts, locks,handles and springs and other fittings required for proper completion of works.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 800x800mm. size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. required for proper completion of works.

Supply and fixing 20mm. thick Kota stone in steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar in 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mortar and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab finished with rubbing and polished of approved quality complete, including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.

Apply Readymix primer on steel surface after cleaning old surface and Painting two coats of approved paint i/c all cost of material, labour and T&P..

Providing and laying cement waste waterproofing treatment i/c prep. of surface, applying a slurry coat of neat cement @ 2.75 kg/sqm of cement with proper water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 over the RCC slab i/c adjoining wall upto 300 mm height 1. Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25-115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixted with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound same as above to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height b. After 2 days of proper curing applying 2nd coat of cement slurry using 2.75 Kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645. c. Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointly the cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 i/c laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finished the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 X 300 mm square 3 mm deep. d. The whole terrace show finished shall be floaded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test . All above operations to be done as directed by E-in-C.

Providing wall putty on surface with approved quality material of berger/JK/ Birla or similar make two coats including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.

Supply & Fixing with fly and Mosquito proof stainless steel grade 304 Wire mesh gauge with wire 0.50 mm dia. Wire and wire aperature over doors/windows and including supply of C.P, Teak wood batten 8cm.x 1cm. /flat iron 25mm.x4mm. and including suplly of of necessary screws all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.

Painting two coats over priming coat on new wood surface of approved make including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.
