Desilting of drain/removal of silt earth/manure/sludge etc. from the bed of Trunk Drain No. 1 in the entire width of drain and under all existing culverts (including working in foul condition) upto desired level using suitable, adequate and latest technology by manual and mechanical (all types of excavators) means as per site requirement without obstructing the flow of the drain including levelling and dressing on the bank/berm with all lead & lifts as per site requirement and directed by Enginner-in-charge.

Disposal of silt, other waste material available after cleaning of the drain by mechincal means including loading, transporting unloading rehandlling including excavation of dumped flaoting materail working under foul condition (if any) etc. complete to rise eleven bakkarawala, sanitary land fill/authorized dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete upto entire satisfactory of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (Procesing fee deposited/paid by contractor to Rise Eleven Bakkarwala, sanitary land dill/authorised dumping ground in actual basis to be reimbursed to contractor by Deptt. seperately and same is not included in the rate of this item).

Maintenance of Trunk Drain No.1 by deploying manpower (labour)/machinery as per rerquirement of site. for removal of all types of obstructions including garbage, floating material and dead animals above water level and cleaning of all existing culverts etc. from the bank of drain regularly to maintain the drain neat and clean and disposal of removed/collected material to the near by MCD collection point/dhalao by handcart/tractor trolley including all leads and lifts in foul condition complete as per site requirement and directed by Enginner-in-charge. Note I :- If any part of the reach found not clear upto the satisfaction of Enginner-in-charge for consecutive 03 days, a recovery of 3000 per km / per day for each side shall be made from the bills. Note II :- The agency shall provide daily photographs for entire reach to the Engineer-in-charge through whatsapp/e-mail/hardcopy. Failing which, an amount of Rs. 15000 per month shall be deducted from running/final bill.
