Precast Reinforced cement concrete Bench (Chair Type Bench with hand rest). The bench consist of 2 Nos. L-shape base support in cement color of thickness – 80 mm, back height – 890 mm & front height – 450mm, Base width – 690 mm, as per sketch and 1 Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500x320x50mm, and 1 No. of reinforced concrete plank in red color of size 1500x425x50mm. Manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handing, transportation, erection & long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly. Seating length of the bench – 1500 mm. seating height of the bench – 450 mm. Total height of the bench – 890 mm. Bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm .

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work
